I think I had too much fun last night at On The Rocks. Nonetheless, I’ve pulled myself together to bring you this week’s fun stuff. My schedule this week is pretty theatre heavy. I’m super excited to go see Mr Burns: A Post-Electric Play on Monday. The show is sold out that night but please try to see it a different night. Tuesday is the New Galapagos Gala: A Soiree Among the Specimens to support H.T. Darling’s Incredible Musæum. Seriously, if you haven’t gone to experience H.T. Darling’s Incredible Musæum you are missing out! On Sunday I’m going to see The Revolutionists at Everyman Theatre. Words cannot describe how much I am looking forward to seeing this play. It’s not every day that Charlotte Corday gets some recognition. You too can experience all the awesome theatre that Baltimore has to offer!

This has forced us to restructure the program and find alternate funding sources in order to keep the program open to the children and families in Baltimore City who rely on it every year. Help us make sure that we are able to continue to support the families who rely on our programs. If you are unable to attend the event, please consider making a donation to the BUGS program.

During the workshop, Sarah will teach you about the spices that go into chai tea blends, and you will get to taste a variety of chais. We will make three different chai blends–one traditional, and two made with your choice of “untraditional” ingredients like chili peppers or smoked tea! Once you have made your tea blends, we’ll supply all the goods to wrap, bow and tag your gifts. You’ll get to take home three chai tea blend tins ready to gift away (but we won’t tell if you keep one for yourself!).
