Things to do in Baltimore this week 4/16/18

Finally some nice weather! I’ve already spent the last 2 days walking everywhere. Much more conducive to drinking. Light City 2018  is still going on this week. I plan to wander down there on Tuesday. On Friday I’m attending the 4th Annual Black Tie Gala for the The Wine and Food Society of Baltimore. Super excited to drink some amazing wine and eat some delicious food. Saturday is the Professor Trash Wheel Blinded Me Wit Science – Launch Party so you know where to find me! Go enjoy the nice weather and explore Baltimore!

I’ll be plugging this until the day of the event! I recently accepted the challenge to raise funds to support the Maryland SPCA. Please help support me in this important fundraiser by contributing generously. Whatever you can give will help – it all adds up! I greatly appreciate your support and will keep you posted on my progress. Donate Here! Also, please attend the Festival for the Animals on Saturday, May 5! It is the MDSPCA’s biggest fundraiser for the year!

Fractal Cat Presents Bicycle Day: 75 Years of Psychedelia
8PM – ?
Creative Alliance
3134 Eastern Ave, Baltimore
Fractal Cat and friends celebrate the 75th anniversary of Bicycle Day at the Creative Alliance on April 19, 2018. Dr. Matthew Johnson, Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, opens the evening with a talk on his 10+ years of human research with psychedelics. Afterward, Baltimore band Fractal Cat celebrates psychedelic music with a set of original songs and covers from the psychedelic era from Pink Floyd to The Beatles to Sly and the Family Stone.
Musical guests: Brooks Long, Members of Telesma, Dave Heumann of Arbouretum, Conor Brendan, Clarence Ward III, and Chanel Whitehead.
