Things to do in Baltimore this week 12/2/19

Oh wow! I can’t believe I managed to get all this done before my flight. This post is coming to you while I’m in Las Vegas. Don’t worry, I’ll be back this week to kick off a fun month of all things Christmas in Baltimore. Starting it all off on Thursday I’m going to the 48th Annual Monument Lighting  in Mount Vernon. It always gets me in the holiday spirit. The next night I’m seeing Agatha Christie’s Murder on the Orient Express at Everyman Theatre. I can’t wait to see how they do the set for this one! On Saturday I’m attending Holiday Spirits on the Rocks: A Drinks Party at The Walters Art Museum. It’s one of my favorite cocktail events of the year. This month is going to be crazy but so much fun!

His extensive repertoire includes artisan sausage making, fermentation, curing, aging, & preservation. Over the years he has developed an incurable passion for slowly smoking meats using a variety of local hard woods like hickory, white oak, apple, & cherry. George sources his meat from small local farms that specialize in pasture raised heritage breeds. Chef Adams expert understanding of locally grown produce during each moment in the growing season gives him the ability to prepare beautiful vegetables and fruits into perfectly balanced dishes. Fells Point Corner Theatre

Young Marlow, on his way to meet the bride his father has chosen for him, arrives at the house and mistakes it for an inn. The prospect of meeting the genteel Miss Hardcastle terrifies the diffident youngster; but the serving-girl Kate — in fact, Miss Hardcastle, who chooses not to clarify the misunderstanding — immediately catches his fancy. After a series of trifling confusions and inevitable eavesdropping, all is resolved. A comedy that has been an audience favorite for over 230 years.
